Questions about your account
How do I see my invoices and what I owe?+
Log in above. Invoice History lists every invoice, and the total currently due shows on the left.
How do I pay by card?+
Log in above and open Make a Payment. You can pay what is due now, or pay ahead for the coming months. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe through our storage management system.
Can I set up automatic payments?+
Yes. Open Auto Payment and save a card. We charge it each month, so you never miss a due date.
Where can I see what I have already paid?+
Open Payment History for a record of every payment.
Can I send you documents online?+
Yes. Open Upload Documents to send us ID or company papers without visiting the office.
How do I change my phone, email or address?+
Log in and click Change Profile.
I did not get the sign-up email.+
Check your spam folder first. The email goes to the address on your rental agreement, so a different address will not work. Message us on LINE or call 086 888 5121 and we will confirm the address we have.
I forgot my password.+
Click Forgot Password under the Login button. We email you a link to set a new one.
Can I pay without logging in?+
Yes. Transfer to the bank account shown on your invoice and send the slip on LINE or to payment@bangkokselfstorage.com. You can also pay by card or cash at our Rama 4 office, open daily 09:00 to 18:00.
