What is self-storage?+
Self-storage is rented space for your belongings. You choose a room size and rental term, bring your furniture, boxes or business stock, and return when you need them. BSS also offers luggage lockers at Rama 4. Our team can help you choose a size and explain move-in arrangements.
How do I choose the right storage size?+
Compare sizes using our room illustrations, then check a price for your chosen location. Send us your item list on LINE if you would like help. Room shape, height and access space affect what will fit.
Is the online estimate the final price?+
Your estimate helps you compare room sizes and rental terms. Check available rooms and current promotions when you book online, or ask our team for a quote.
What is included in the displayed price?+
Rent excludes 7% VAT. A deposit and ฿200 one-time admin fee are additional. We'll confirm the deposit and full move-in total before you book.
Can I access my belongings outside office hours?+
You have 24/7 customer access using your personal access code. Our team is in the office daily, 09:00–18:00.
Can I store luggage?+
Yes. Luggage storage is available at Rama 4 (Ard Narong Rd) only, not Sukhumvit 50. Please confirm the minimum rental period, current locker offer and available space with the team.
Can I book without calling?+
Yes. Our online booking shows real rooms with live availability. Choose an exact room and confirm the price yourself, or share your estimate with our team on LINE if you'd like a hand.
How high are the rooms?+
2.5 m at Rama 4 and 2.7 m at Sukhumvit 50.
